Learn to use Agentzi
Agentzi is the workplace where your team and AI employees work together: overview, inbox, office floor, work and departments in one company. The steps below follow the real product on app.agentzi.com.
Step 1
Log in or try the demo
Go to app.agentzi.com/sign-in. Companies on Agentzi log in with a magic link or their organization's SSO when connected.
Want to look around first? Try the demo. You get a sample company with an inbox, office and AI employees, separate from live company data.
Step 2
Find your way around
The left menu holds Overview, Inbox, Knowledge, Team, AI Employees, Work, Office, Integrations, Billing and Admin. Everything runs inside your active company.
Use search at the top to jump between areas. New companies start from empty states until the team and departments are set up.
Step 3
Read the overview
Overview is the pulse screen: members, AI employees, open tasks and approvals at a glance. Jump to Inbox or Work from here.
Start a task or ask a question from the composer. The reply can be turned into work in one click.
Step 4
Set up team and departments
On Team you manage people, roles and departments. Colleagues appear on the office floor in their room, so pick a department for everyone.
Invitations go out by email. After acceptance, new members show up in Team and on the floor.
Step 5
Walk the office floor
Office shows your company as a floor plan: departments as rooms, people as pins, AI employees at desks. Open a room for context and quick actions.
Use it in stand-ups to see where work happens and who is online.
Step 6
Hire AI employees
Under AI Employees you hire and manage digital colleagues for marketing, operations, finance and more. Each one has a profile, a status and linked work.
Start from the role library and expand as your pilot grows.
Step 7
Run work
Work bundles projects, tasks and activity. Filter by status, open details and follow what people and AI employees are handling.
Messages from Inbox become concrete work items your team approves or lets run.
Step 8
Connect tools and watch costs
Connect the tools your company already uses so AI employees can read and act inside them with the access you grant.
Billing shows plan, seats and work budget per AI employee, so costs stay predictable.
