Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Agentzi B.V. ("Agentzi", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.agentzi.com ("Website") and, where noted, on https://app.agentzi.com ("Platform").
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage (for example to remember theme preference on the Website) and session storage. In this policy, "cookies" includes these technologies unless we say otherwise.
Cookies may be first-party (set by Agentzi) or third-party (set by a provider we use, such as analytics when enabled).
3. Consent and legal basis
Under the EU ePrivacy rules and GDPR, strictly necessary cookies can be used without consent because they are required to provide a service you request (for example keeping you signed in).
Analytics and marketing cookies require consent where applicable. The Website does not currently show a consent banner. Google Tag Manager loads with analytics and advertising consent denied, and the Website does not provide a way to grant those categories yet. Tags configured to require consent therefore remain blocked.
4. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, load balancing, authentication, demo state, CSRF protection | Not required (service delivery) |
| Functional / preferences | Remember theme (light/dark) and UI preferences | Legitimate interest; local storage on Website |
| Analytics | Understand traffic and improve the Website (only when enabled) | Consent where required |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns (only when enabled) | Consent where required |
5. Website (www.agentzi.com)
Theme preference
We use local storage (via our theme provider) to remember light, dark, or system theme. Key: typically managed by the theme library on your device. Duration: until cleared. This improves readability and is not used for cross-site tracking.
Google Tag Manager
The Website loads Google Tag Manager from googletagmanager.com with analytics and advertising consent denied. The container itself does not grant consent or authorize non-essential tags. Loading it sends technical request data, such as IP address and browser information, to Google and may allow cookieless consent-status pings. The fallback for browsers with JavaScript disabled cannot send the Website's consent-default command, so tags must also enforce consent inside the Google Tag Manager container. No analytics or advertising storage is enabled through the Website while there is no consent choice.
6. Platform (app.agentzi.com)
When you sign in to the Platform, Auth.js and our application set session cookies (often names such as authjs.session-token or secure variants). They are HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure on HTTPS. They keep you authenticated and protect your Tenant.
- agentzi.workplace_mock_demo: marks an active demo session when you use Try full demo. Duration: up to 7 days. HttpOnly.
- agentzi.active_tenant_slug: remembers the demo tenant context (for example acme-demo) during a demo. Duration: up to 7 days. HttpOnly.
- Active company / tenant selection: may use an additional cookie for signed-in users switching organizations.
Magic-link sign-in may set short-lived callback cookies during the authentication flow. These are deleted after sign-in completes.
7. Third-party cookies
If you use optional Google or Microsoft sign-in, those providers may set cookies on their domains when you are redirected to them. We do not control those cookies; see their policies.
Google provides the Website's tag-management container. The container is initialized with non-essential consent denied as described above.
Embedded content on the Website (for example videos) may set third-party cookies if we add such embeds in the future. We will list them here when live.
8. How to manage cookies
- Use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Help pages: www.allaboutcookies.org.
- Clear site data for www.agentzi.com or app.agentzi.com to reset preferences or demo state.
- Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or demo access.
- When a consent banner is available, use it to accept or reject non-essential categories.

9. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add features, providers, or a consent banner. Check the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
